What we actually do, in one paragraph

We buy apartment buildings in Los Angeles. To find owners who may want to sell, we use direct mail, email, phone, text and online advertising. We obtain contact information from public records and licensed data providers, and we disclose limited identifiers such as an email address or a name and postal address to advertising platforms including Google and Meta so our advertisements reach the right property owners. Global Privacy Control

If you enable Global Privacy Control in your browser or extension, we treat that as a valid opt-out of the sale and sharing of your personal information and apply it automatically. You do not need to fill in anything on this page for that to take effect.

What happens next

• We acknowledge your request within 10 business days.
• Within 15 business days we stop transmitting your information to advertising platforms, instruct those platforms to remove you from our matched audiences, and add you to our permanent suppression list.
• For access, deletion or correction we respond within 45 calendar days, extendable once by a further 45 days with notice to you.
• We may ask you to confirm something we already hold, such as the property address on your record. We will not ask for a government ID unless the request involves sensitive information.
• We keep the minimum information needed to honor your opt-out. That is required, and it is the only reason we keep it.

We will not treat you differently for asking

We will not refuse to do business with you, change the price we offer for your property, or provide you a different level of service because you exercised a privacy right.

If we get it wrong

You may appeal by emailing info@BeverlyGroup.com with the subject line "Privacy Appeal." You may also complain to the California Privacy Protection Agency or the California Attorney General.
